Mouse embryonic fibroblasts
|
One cryovial contains 5.106 cryopreserved mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) obtained from Balb/C day 13.5 embryos, trypsinized at passage 3. The cells have been qualified for human embryonic stem cell (hESC) culture and can be used up to the 6th passage.
