Respiratory Viruses
The respiratory virus fluorescence assays are available in Direct Fluorescence (DFA) and Indirect Fluorescence (IFA) formats. The complete DFA kits contain the applicable FITCconjugated antibodies (with Evans Blue counterstain), appropriate control slides, PBS/Tween, and mounting fluid.
The IFA respiratory screening kits include a cocktail of the unconjugated respiratory viral antibodies plus the FITC-conjugated secondary antibody (with Evans Blue counterstain), appropriate control slides, PBS/Tween, and mounting fluid.
Individual components and control slides can be found on pages 11-12.
