- Purchase Order Number ('PON')

What is a Purchase Order Number ('PON')?
|

Most organisations give a purchase order reference number (PON) to each order that is sent to a supplier. In turn, the supplier will include this PON on their invoice thus enabling the organisation's administration to easily confirm that the supplier's invoice is valid. Therefore, please obtain a PON from your administration and include this information with your order.

What are your shipping, handling & packaging charges?

International
Please inquire about shipping and handling charges and procedures. However, AbCys s.a., normally ships to international customers via FedEx (for the USA), TNT (for Europe), World Courier (for Asia, Australia), or by a carrier of your choice (in this case please leave your customer supplied freight account number on your purchase order)
Domestic (France/Monaco)
Orders from France and Monaco will be processed and shipped out the same day if your product is available. All other orders will be shipped the following day. AbCys s.a., ships product Monday through Thursday via TNT, except on holidays.Shipments will be free of charge for all purchase orders with a total amount superior to 250 euros.For shipments requiring dry ice or cold pack additional costs will be paid by the customer.
