Mach 4 Universal Polymer Detection
The most sensitive universal detection in the UNIVERSE!
The MACH 4 polymer detection system is the latest and strongest of biotin-free detection systems.
This new biotin-free technology uses a specific probe to simultaneously detect mouse and rabbit antibodies and is then followed by a polymer horseradishperoxidase
that binds to the probe.
MACH 4 incorporates three key technologies:
(1) Increased number of enzymes bound to the polymer backbone
(2) Sensitivity enhancing probe
(3) Biotin-free detection system alternative to the streptavidin biotin systems
The staining results are stunningly strong, yet remarkably clean.
Available for both Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) and Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).

Mach 3 Polymer Detection
MACH 3 Polymer Detection is like the MACH 4 but with species specific probes.
MACH 3 provides superior staining for nuclear antigens and is virtually free of background staining, which means significantly better nuclear access. MACH 3
will reduce every lab’s primary antibody budget and obtain superior quality stains.
